Heating Instructions:
Oven Heating:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off.
Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel.
Microwave Heating:
Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.
Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly.
If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.
